Thank you for shopping at Framed By Her. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Framed By Her does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Items damaged in transit

Unwanted gifts or duplicate orders

Items that do not meet personal taste or fit preferences

Order errors made by the customer (e.g. wrong item or color selected)

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.


No Replacements or Credits for Damaged Items

We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. All items are sold “as-is”, and what you get is what you get. We do not offer replacements or store credits for damage claims.
