Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Processing time may be slightly longer during sales or peak seasons.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Canada: 3–10 business days
USA: 7–15 business days
International: 10–25 business days (varies by destination)
All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Canada: Free Shipping on All Orders
USA & International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, Framed By Her is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. You must contact the shipping carrier for assistance if issues arise.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for carrier-related delivery problems.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
